First Aid Training 6 hours

Duration: 5 hours + one hour with a custom topic
Maximum number of participants: 15

Course topics:

• What is life-saving first aid?
• Clear airways
• Notification
• Patient examination
• Unconsciousness and recovery position
• Foreign object in airways
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
• Heart diseases
• Stroke
• Seizures
• Bleeding
• Traffic accident

If you would like a 6th additional hour, you can choose from the following topics:

• Burns
• Fractures
• Cold injuries
• Poisoning
• "Carpenter accidents" (fall injuries, crush injuries, nail gun injuries, bleeding)
• Custom hour based on customer request

All course participants will receive a link to our digital first aid book. The instructor will issue course documentation to the participants after the course. All participants will also have the opportunity to receive a free monthly first aid tip via email, if they wish.

Each teaching hour lasts approximately 45 minutes with a 15-minute break. The teaching room should have ample floor space so that course participants can practice on CPR mannequins.

The course and course materials comply with recognized national guidelines.

Travel, tolls, and parking fees apply. If the course is canceled less than 7 days before the course date, the full course cost will be invoiced.
